feelosophy flow

sunday evenings 5:45-6:45pm

at Turf on west 4th, kitsilano

Move and feel; an hour of slow-moving yoga with all the hands-on touch you crave. The class will begin with a smooth vinyasa practice, and hands-on adjustments for your standing poses. We will then work into a slower pace; breath work & restorative poses, with massage based adjustments throughout. Each class uses music set to an intention, offering you space and permission to slow down and feel

Price: Turf Drop In Rate or included in pass

Join us on for kombucha cocktails, a live podcast recording, self.ist speakers and a Feelosophy Yoga and Massage class led by the one and only Ashley Brodeur. Speaker details will be released closer to the date.

Price: $42
