Founder & Yoga Teacher
Ashley brings 8 years of teaching experience, with her down to earth love for movement, connection and hands on adjustments, she will leave you feeling more chill than Netflix ever could.
She is a try anything once, drink wine on a Wednesday, hike mountains on a Sunday type of girl. She practices and teaches yoga in the hopes that what is uncovered on the mat can be carried into our ever evolving full lives. She is honest, real, vulnerable and sassy, who isn't afraid to share what she has to offer with the world in hopes that it will spark others to do the same.
The quintessential hobby of a Vancouver yogi is to enjoy exploring the great outdoors. And Ash does, but she also loves bad reality TV, McDonalds and rosé. It’s called balance, amirite? You can catch Ash and her little sidekick (aka baby E) floating around town, grabbing coffee with friends or hosting the KILTER&MINT podcast. Expect funky tunes, Mom jokes and all the love in Ashley’s classes.
Ty’s classes exude warmth and an element of playfulness as she holds space for growth and discovery. Teaching yoga since 2013, you can also find Ty doing sun salutations along the ocean, spending time with her fur-baby and sipping wine with her love. Visit her at www.yogawithty.com
A self-proclaimed nerd (and proud of it). She spends her days at the Opera Centre (not singing— that’s reserved for her car or shower only), fundraising for the Arts. At night you’ll find her at studios in Calgary, kickboxing, spinning, strength training, yoga or just generally jumping around in her living room dancing. Shevonne loves a good latte and chillin' with her little two-year-old niece (her mini me).
