Ashley brings 8 years of teaching experience, with her down to earth love for movement, connection and hands on adjustments, she will leave you feeling more chill than Netflix ever could.

She is a try anything once, drink wine on a Wednesday, hike mountains on a Sunday type of girl. She practices and teaches yoga in the hopes that what is uncovered on the mat can be carried into our ever evolving full lives. She is honest, real, vulnerable and sassy, and isn't afraid to share what she has to offer with the world in hopes that it will spark others to do the same.

She’s a true balance of opposites: coast + city, strong + soft, do it all + slow it down, in her own head + wildly outspoken; yet always a strong advocate of Netflix + chill.

Cat is passionate about re-shaping and shifting the landscape of yoga + wellness, creating sustainable communities, raising awareness about mental health, empowering young womxn and telling stories that will have a lasting impact on the way we live our lives.

The quintessential hobby of a Vancouver yogi is to enjoy exploring the great outdoors. And Ash does, but she also loves bad reality TV, McDonalds and rosé. It’s called balance, amirite? You can catch Ash and her little sidekick (aka baby E) floating around town, grabbing coffee with friends or hosting the KILTER&MINT podcast. Expect funky tunes, Mom jokes and all the love in Ashley’s classes.

Beckah is an incredible community leader, advocate for people of color and yoga instructor who works tirelessly to bridge the gap of diversity in the wellness sector.

Beckah began teaching yoga in marginalized communities as a way to make the practice of yoga and mindfulness more accessible to those who typically are not included within mainstream wellness spaces.

If she was an ice cream she’d be a festival (“cuz I’m sweet and savoury”), and when she’s not teaching yoga or empowering communities, Beckah is sitting courtside #ballermomlife

Maybe an 80s movie seems like a strange place to find a motto to live by, but that is exactly where Brittany found hers. People "see us as [they] want to see us; in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain, and an athlete, and a basket case, a princess, and a criminal" - plus who doesn't love a good freeze frame fist pump. For Brittany, yoga is the perfect place to explore self expression and to let go of all those external influences, to hear and connect to the authentic self.

Drew leads yoga classes to empower people to explore what it feels like to be in their own body. She is passionate about bringing yoga to people in not-so traditional environments like offices, art studios, cafés and breweries (beer included).

Drew is known for being unapologetically herself, in hopes that her vulnerability inspires others to do the same. If she wasn't a yoga teacher she'd be a DJ, or live alone in a hut on a private beach.
