Being & Becoming: Yoga meets Therapy Retreats

Some things can’t be captured, only felt. The way strangers become family in just a week. The way breathwork, cacao, and deep presence take you places you never expected.
The way you meet yourself—your past, present, and future—and leave changed.

Kawoq Forest - Guatemala

Nestled in the verdant Guatemalan highlands and overlooking the ancient azure waters of Lake Atitlán, formerly known as the Yoga Forest, Kawoq Forest is a place of magnificent natural beauty. For discerning travelers seeking solace, restoration and a sparkle of adventure, Kawoq Forest is your sanctuary.

Kawoq Forest is home to a sacred cave, in which we will partake in a traditional Cacao and Fire Ceremony. This sacred ceremony merges the transformative power of fire with the ancestral medicine of cacao, creating a space for deep inner connection and heart opening. Through dance, prayer, and offerings, we embark on a journey of emotional and spiritual healing, guided by the energy of the four elements and Mayan wisdom.
