In-person or virtual therapy that is rooted in a compassionate, relational, acceptance & mindfulness based lens to support you.

Congratulations, by clicking whatever link brought you here, you’ve taken the first step – and if we’re being honest, usually the hardest one!
Therapy is kind of like dating. You think about meeting up with someone but it’s often too much, too soon and quite frankly, it’s scary. We feel you, we’ve literally been you and now we’re here to help.
Life throws a lot at us – grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. You could stay home with your favourite comfort show to avoid it all but having someone to help navigate the feelings can make a world of difference.
Your therapist is your support team, care network, cheerleader and number one fan. We act as the person who can get curious with you so you can see other perspectives and alternatives – helping you identify what makes you feel uncomfortable so you can sit with it and move through it.
Feel free to be your messiest self. When we allow ourselves to feel deeply, be messy, and sit in discomfort, we’re being proactive in our mental health.
We provide a safe space for feelings so you can be empowered to make changes on your own. With sessions for teens (14-18) and adults (19-65), we support a range of topics including:
Anxiety
Depression
Grief
Navigating Relationships
Change
Transition
Future-Planning
Self-Esteem
Proactive care & support
Connecting to your values
Coping Skills/ Strategies
Infertility
Postpartum
Abortion Care
Pregnancy Loss
Processing Past Trauma
Current Trauma
Eating Disorders
You’ve made the first move. You’ve booked the session. Now what?
No need to prep, we’ll come together for an initial no-cost phone conversation for about 20 minutes. It’s a chance to introduce a few questions and find out the best way to support you.
Afterwards, we recommend booking more regular 50-minute appointments ($180/session). Maybe weekly works for you, or perhaps you’ll want to ease. In with bi-monthly appointments.
THE FEELOSOPHY APPROACH
That is what psychotherapy is rooted in. Somatic therapy is rooted in the belief that your body holds wisdom, stories and memory. Combine the two and you’ll find the heart of the Feelosophy. We use methodologies that are rooted in both the mind and body – both parts of what make you so uniquely you.
We’ll work collaboratively with you to challenge self-held beliefs and nurture your strengths and values. We believe, healing lies in integration, so with that in mind, we’ll focus on the symptoms of your pain along with developing a capacity for it. Like all great partnerships, ours will be about respect and will remain judgement-free.
